Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during new product launches, sales, or holidays due to increased order volume.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly advertised on our website.

Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 1–10 business days
• International: 1-10 business days

Most customers in the United States can expect to receive their order within 1–10 business days from the date it is placed.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available after the package has been scanned by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we'll do our best to update the address.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that shipping information can be changed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

After a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, shipping times are outside of our control. If your package appears to be delayed or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
